Visa Application Process

We strongly recommend every participant visit a website of the Russian Embassy in your jurisdiction (or the jurisdiction yours is assigned to) to find out whether you need to apply for the Russian visa and what documents are required for the application process. For further information and updates, as well as to request the invitation letter from the APrIGF 2019 host please, contact us. Please note that the host organization could only issue a letter of invitation on behalf of the Coordination Center for .RU, which is a nongovernmental organization and has no mandate to issue offical invitations on behalf of Russian Federation. If the Russian Embassy in your jurisdiction  requires from you an invitation issued by a Russian governmental body we recommend you consult a local travel agency which typically render the service for a fee.
